Flexible Workplace

Oracle recognizes and appreciates the importance of a work life balance in our employee’s lives. Thus we are dedicated to developing and cultivating a flexible and accommodating workplace so our employees are able to strike a comfortable balance between their work and personal lives.

With the advent of a flexible time schedule in certain cases employees may adjust their start and finish times around pre-determined "core hours,” or work their designated hours in fewer than five days by varying the length of each workday.

Depending on the demands of their role employees may have the opportunity to ‘work from home’ enabling them to work from a location other than an Oracle office.

Oraclub

Oraclub is our sports and social club. Oraclub is committed to delivering its members a range of events over the year. They organize all sorts of events at a great price.

Past events have included a valentines ball, summer BBQ, Kids BBQ, Halloween and Christmas nights out.  

They offer a number of classes such as, Power Yoga and Pilates, ab blaster to name a few. They also have an in-house beautician, acupuncturist and reflexologist.

They also help out with various charitable initiatives throughout the year through both promotion and organization
