Market leading global organisation seeks to appoint talented and ambitious junior Commercial Lawyer to European HQ in Dublin.

Reporting directly to European General Counsel, the successful applicant will be involved in negotiating day to day commercial contracts (manufacturing agreements, consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, NDAs, logistics agreements etc), dealing with routine employment law matters, as well as participating in strategic projects including M&A transactions.

Operating on a pan European level, this is unique opportunity for an excellent junior Commercial Lawyer to work within a progressive, friendly and people focused organisation whose product range boasts some of the most instantly recognisable brands.

The successful candidate will have up to a maximum of two years PQE dealing with commercial contracts. A rotation in employment law is prerequisite; some exposure (pre or post qualification) to contentious employment law would be advantageous. Candidates may come from either a practice or in-house background. Newly qualified solicitors with relevant rotations (commercial contracts and employment law) will also be considered. In addition to the above, applicants will be commercially savvy, team focused and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
